class	DefaultMessageConverter	Default MessageConverter; delegates to a SyslogToMapTransformer to convert the payload to a map of values and also provides some of the map contents as message headers.
class	RFC5424MessageConverter	MessageConverter; delegates to a RFC5424SyslogParser if necessary (TCP will have already done the syslog conversion because it needs to handle different message framing).
